The telephony integrated into Oryanoo CRM offers you the following functionalities:

  • Automatic call with a simple click on a phone number (click to dial function)
  • Automatic opening of files on incoming call
  • Recording of telephone conversations with automatic archiving in the CRM
  • Conference calls

These features are accessible if you are in one of the following 2 cases:

  • You have an “Asterisk” telephony server and you have administrator access that will allow you to install the Oryanoo connector
  • You have subscribed to a switchboard service (IPBX) with Oryanoo
