Optimize your telephone communication
The telephony integrated into Oryanoo CRM offers you the following functionalities:
- Automatic call with a simple click on a phone number (click to dial function)
- Automatic opening of files on incoming call
- Recording of telephone conversations with automatic archiving in the CRM
- Conference calls
These features are accessible if you are in one of the following 2 cases:
- You have an “Asterisk” telephony server and you have administrator access that will allow you to install the Oryanoo connector
- You have subscribed to a switchboard service (IPBX) with Oryanoo
